Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tax Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth office. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing tax returns. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of South African taxation laws.

Responsibilities

  • Review tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Work with external auditors during tax-related audits.
  • Support clients in international tax matters when applicable.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed of industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • Honours or Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a tax consultancy role
