As an Industrial Engineer, you will be tasked with streamlining and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and operational workflow within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Lead training sessions for staff regarding new processes and best practices.
• Compile reports on production metrics and recommend strategies to management.
• Support the quality control team in achieving optimal product standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or similar is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
