Join our team as an Environmental Engineer in Port Elizabeth, where you will focus on developing and implementing environmental strategies, conducting assessments, and ensuring that our projects meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend environmentally-friendly technologies.
• Prepare studies on environmental degradation and mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on projects affecting the environment.
• Prepare grant applications and proposals for environmental projects.
• Provide guidance on environmental best practices to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting

• Ecological Assessment

Certifications

• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
