The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing educational curricula that meet the needs of learners in diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum revisions.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials that motivate students.
• Work with external stakeholders to align curricula with industry standards.
• Stay updated on educational research and methodologies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance curriculum expertise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of educational program design experience
