We are seeking a motivated Technical Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of our employees. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our staff is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to excel in their positions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with employees post-training to assess knowledge retention and application.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
• Support the development of the organization's training strategy.
• Represent the training department in cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Facilitate skill assessments and competency evaluations as required.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on training feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Related certifications in training and development are desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate training environment
