Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are made to enhance operational performance. Your analytical skills will directly impact the strategy and direction of our company as we strive to leverage data as an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform key business decisions.
  • Generate insightful reports that highlight trends and opportunities.
  • Engage with technical teams to improve data handling processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data tools and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Data Science or Analytics is a strong advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role

Advantageous
