Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies.
• Analyze complex data sets to inform key business decisions.

• Engage with technical teams to improve data handling processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on data tools and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or Analytics is a strong advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark: Experience with big data processing frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Tableau: Knowledge in Power BI or similar tools would be extremely beneficial.
