Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be at the heart of our design efforts in Pretoria. This role involves transforming complex ideas into elegant design solutions that resonate with users. Collaborating across departments, you will create interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring a seamless user journey.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present design ideas.
• Stay current with industry trends and user experience techniques.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and user testing outcomes.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Serve as a mentoring resource for junior designers on the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in UI/UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in user experience design with a compelling portfolio

Languages

• English: Fluent
