Job Description

As an Account Manager in our Cape Town office, you will play a critical role in facilitating our sales strategy. You will liaise with clients, understand their unique requirements, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client accounts and act as their advocate within the company.
  • Recognize business opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
  • Create reports and presentations for management on account health.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales role
