Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to ensure our policies meet the latest regulations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to drive compliance initiatives and promote best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of compliance measures throughout the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions to foster compliance awareness across teams.
  • Compile and present compliance statistics and reports to leadership.
  • Work with legal advisors to ensure policy alignment.
  • Identify compliance gaps and formulate action plans.
  • Assist in employee investigations related to compliance issues.
  • Enhance employee understanding of the compliance framework.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
