Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Tech Innovations Inc., your role will encompass comprehensive HR support across the organization. You will handle recruitment processes, maintain employee files, assist with training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws while promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment strategy for attracting top talent.
• Develop and deliver HR trainings for staff.
• Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance.

• Update and manage employee records in HR software.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Honours degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
