Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced degree in Automotive or Motorsport Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance vehicle engineering

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Software (MATLAB, Simulink)
• Performance Tuning

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer status
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
