Job Description

As a Junior IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our users in need of technical assistance. You will provide support for hardware, software, and networking issues while ensuring a smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities

  • Manage the user onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist in the setup of hardware and configuration of software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all users.
  • Monitor network performance and escalate any issues.
  • Contribute to team discussions for process improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A+)
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support

  • English: Fluent
