Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the social media channels.
  • Engage regularly with followers through comments, messages, and live interactions.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement and reach.
  • Work with the design team to create high-quality visuals.
  • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences.
  • Train and guide junior staff or interns in social media best practices.
  • Coordinate social media campaigns with influencer partnerships.
  • Create a crisis management plan for social media mishaps.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Professional certifications in social media management are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in social media and content strategy
