Join our Johannesburg team as a Supply Chain Manager, where you'll lead and optimize all aspects of our supply chain operations. This role encompasses overseeing procurement, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall supply chain strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze logistical data to identify trends and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory with demand.
• Participate in negotiations with logistics and production suppliers.
• Ensure quality control measures are applied at every stage of the supply chain.
• Provide detailed reports and insights regarding supply chain operations.
• Mentor and train junior supply chain staff.
• Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain roles
