Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing workflows, staffing needs, and maintaining a high standard of safety while overseeing all warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Lead a team of warehouse associates by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management processes.
  • Schedule and supervise product shipments to customers.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and analyze performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status and team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
