Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Store Shopper to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store is fully stocked, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting customers in finding their desired products. Responsibilities

• Fill stock shelves, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
• Guide customers to help them make informed product selections.
• Keep the store tidy and presentable for customers.
• Process orders and handle transactions smoothly.
• Engage with customers to provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Handle cash and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and making necessary adjustments.
• Support management in daily operational tasks.
• Perform regular audits to ensure prices are correct.
• Enforce safety standards steadily throughout the store.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Inventory Management Software

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Ability to speak multiple languages: Bilingual or multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments: Experience in busy retail settings is beneficial.
