Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Photographic Process Workers to operate and maintain various types of printing equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and materials, showcasing strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain printing machines for various print jobs.
• Review job specifications and adjust settings accordingly.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all printed materials.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize print layouts.
• Implement best practices for equipment maintenance and operation.
• Document all operations and maintenance procedures.
• Provide training to junior staff on operating printing machinery.
• Monitor workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Adapt processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Digital Printing or Graphic Design is advantageous

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience operating printing machines

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of RIP software and printing tools
• Familiarity with digital and offset printing techniques

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of colour management: Experience in managing colour profiles and ensuring print accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Experience in high-volume print production under tight deadlines.
