Job Description

We are seeking a Robotics Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in robotics and automation to improve system efficiencies and implement innovative solutions, ensuring optimal performance of our robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement robotic systems and automation solutions.
• Perform system evaluations and suggest modifications for better performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve any robotic system issues.
• Develop functional specifications and requirements for new systems.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Advise on the procurement of robotic equipment and software.
• Facilitate workshops to increase awareness of robotic technologies within the organisation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing robotic systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics or automation
