Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations at our Pretoria-based hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing hotel services and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies for hotel operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the hotel is compliant with all corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Advanced certification in Hotel Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within a hotel environment
