Supply Chain Solutions is searching for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager who can seamlessly oversee the end-to-end supply chain process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our supply chain strategies align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage supply chain KPIs to ensure performance targets are met.
• Implement new supply chain software and technology solutions.
• Train and mentor supply chain team members to achieve high performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Supply Chain Certification
• Certified Logistician (CL)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate

Advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma certification: Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
• Fluency in Dutch or Portuguese: Additional language skills to support international operations.
