Job Description

As a Project Manager here, you'll manage multiple projects from inception to completion, working in a fast-paced environment. Focus will be on risk management, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project life cycle while ensuring adherence to methodologies and practices.
• Assign project tasks based on team strengths and workload.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide status updates to project sponsors.
• Implement project management software and tools for tracking.
• Review deliverables prepared by the project team and ensure quality.
• Facilitate project review and retrospective after completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in various sectors
