Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of engineering principles and a track record of managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of concrete and structural systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Plan and manage project schedules and resource allocations.
• Perform quality control checks and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues promptly during construction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and objectives.
• Evaluate the performance of contractors and subcontractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Higher diploma in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Concrete Design Principles

Certifications

• Construction Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
