Job Description

As a Combine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the combine harvester, ensuring the machine is clean and functioning optimally to facilitate effective harvesting of crops.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of harvesting equipment as necessary.
• Support the Farm Manager in managing harvesting schedules.
• Train and supervise new operators as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.
• Assist with crop management decisions based on harvest results.
