Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, you'll be the first point of contact for technical assistance across various platforms and devices. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide timely support to users, and ensure the seamless functioning of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
• Aid in developing IT policies and procedures.
• Work with external vendors to resolve issues and procure equipment.

• Assist in backup and recovery of data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
