Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our Johannesburg office. Your role will involve designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while considering both form and function. You will lead the design process, ensuring project goals align with the client’s vision. Ideal candidates will have a solid portfolio and be familiar with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of architectural projects.
• Ensure all designs meet sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Prepare and submit documents for zoning and permitting.
• Assist in client presentations and negotiations.
• Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Review finished projects for compliance and quality assurance.
• Participate in architectural community activities and forums.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional Registration is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural projects

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• BIM Software
• Microsoft Office

Languages

• English: Fluent
