Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client success, and driving growth within the accounts you manage. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client objectives.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing all client inquiries promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive growth within accounts.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on client input and needs.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Professional certification in account management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role

• CRM Software Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent
