• Diploma in Retail Management or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage
• Sales Strategy Development Proven ability to develop strategies that enhance sales performance.
• Inventory Management Skilled in managing inventory effectively to minimize loss.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to drive team performance.
• Communication Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Retail Management Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Basic)

• Proficient in POS systems: Experience using modern POS systems to streamline operations.
• Bilingual: Fluency in additional South African languages is a plus.
