Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives on process re-engineering and optimization.
• Assess and refine production lines for efficiency.
• Develop performance dashboards and metrics to track improvement.
• Collaborate with IT on systems integration for manufacturing.
• Ensure project adherence to budget and timeline.
• Employ simulation techniques to predict production outcomes.
• Support the introduction of new technologies in operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
