Job Description

As a Structural Engineer in our firm, you will oversee the structural integrity and durability of various construction projects. You will engage on-site, examining and ensuring the compliance with all safety regulations and codes. The position requires both creativity and precision, as you will not only analyze projects but also innovate solutions for complex structural problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze structural design models.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects adhere to regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize software for design and simulation.
• Assess risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment.
• Document project progress and changes thoroughly.
• Interface with client and stakeholders regularly.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers.

Advantageous
