Job Description

As a pharmacist at Quality Pharmacy, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will work closely with patients to provide expert advice and support regarding their prescriptions and health concerns. Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance in their daily tasks.
• Engage in community health initiatives aimed at improving general public health.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement programs.
• Provide recommendations for formulary management and medication policies.
• Assist in training pharmacy interns and pre-registration pharmacists.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional certification in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy or hospital setting

Certifications

• Certification in Immunization Administration

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
