Job Description

As an HR Generalist in our Durban office, you will play a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by screening candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist in developing onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Evaluate HR programs and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR support roles
