Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Physiotherapist in Cape Town! Your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed assessments and diagnostic techniques.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Utilize modalities like ultrasound, heat, and ice to aid in treatment.
  • Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and educate them on their importance.
  • Work closely with occupational therapists to support patients in achieving their goals.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions when appropriate.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy and healthcare practices.
  • Contribute to research initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Any additional qualifications in orthopaedics is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
