We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management. You will oversee all warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations, ensuring effective team performance and productivity.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Implement safety standards and promote a culture of safety in the warehouse.
• Streamline operational processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics and transport activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and team meetings.
• Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork and participation.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
