Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our vehicle maintenance operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are safely maintained, managing a team of mechanics, and implementing preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs.
• Review and approve maintenance schedules to optimize fleet uptime.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely reporting of vehicle issues and completion of maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure fleet availability.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Automotive Studies
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fleet operations
