Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and steer operational execution accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Analyze project performance and report on progress to senior management.
• Manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Supervise material procurement and inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Master's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years in the construction industry with project management experience.
