UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our Cape Town team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers and developers to create compelling user experiences. You'll play a crucial role in understanding user needs and enhancing usability across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design integrity.
• Communicate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
• Analyze user experience data to refine design processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design software.
• Assist in developing user personas and user journey maps.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional UX design experience

Technical Skills

• UX Research

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams.
