UX Designer

Job Description

We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our Cape Town team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with product managers and developers to create compelling user experiences. You'll play a crucial role in understanding user needs and enhancing usability across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Engage in A/B testing to understand user interactions better.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.
• Support developers during the implementation phase.
• Advocate for users and champion user-centered design across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional UX design experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
