Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician where you will provide comprehensive IT support to our organization. Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to IT incidents and requests to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Assist in setting up new hardware for users.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to IT systems and processes.
  • Keep current with the latest technology trends and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT staff to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
