Responsibilities

  • Initiate care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Serve as a patient advocate promoting optimal healthcare experiences.
  • Manage time effectively in a busy healthcare setting.
  • Document changes in patient health status timely.
  • Contribute to staff training and mentorship as required.
  • Engage in community outreach for preventive health.
  • Provide telehealth support where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • BTech in Nursing or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
