Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Top Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR practices with business goals. This includes supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and fair practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, from screening resumes to onboarding new employees.
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs.
• Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues.
• Implement performance appraisal processes and provide guidance.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for HR processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles
