HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to lead our HR initiatives. From managing the recruitment cycle to fostering a positive working environment, you'll make an impact on employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring a diverse and talented candidate pool.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Advise on employee performance management systems and processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies.
• Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
• May assist in managing workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Foster community within the workplace through team-building activities.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
• Handle confidential employee data in accordance with data protection laws.
• Work closely with management to resolve HR-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification such as CIPD is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field
