Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer, you will be at the heart of our engineering efforts, tasked with developing new chemical processes and technologies. Your technical skills and innovative mindset will be vital in addressing industry challenges, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate chemical processes and systems.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in chemical production.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from pilot to full-scale production.
• Review process designs and specifications for accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across chemical processes.
• Assist in the evaluation of new equipment and technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Support project management initiatives within chemical engineering.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering
