Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of project management methodologies to drive project success across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis to understand trends and patterns.
• Build machine learning models and execute them to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data flow and collection.
• Prepare analytical reports that summarize data insights for management.
• Assess and improve existing data collection processes.
• Engage in continuous learning to refine analytics skills and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Master’s degree in Data Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science

• Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Certifications

• AWS Certified Data Analytics
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in A/B testing and experiment design: Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies for data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, POPIA): Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations in analytics.
