We are seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join our Bloemfontein office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting seamless user experiences and will be responsible for designing user interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity mockups to present design concepts.
• Ensure that design solutions align with the overall product strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Participate in code reviews for front-end development where applicable.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in the UX/UI space within the team.
• Engage with users during testing phases to understand their needs.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or similar

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with responsive design principles: Experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Data Visualization skills: Ability to create engaging visual presentations of data.
