Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Grinder to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinders to produce high-quality precision parts that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities

• Ensure the CNC grinder is correctly set up for optimal efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain detailed records of production and machine performance.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Adapt to varying production schedules and workload demands.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in CNC grinding or similar roles.
