• Oversee compliance with safety management systems and protocols.
• Communicate regularly with management about project outcomes and improvement areas.
• Facilitate collaboration between different departments to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices in mining operations and safety.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for mining projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mining technology.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Certification in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mining operations
