Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and manuals for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate on product development and feasibility studies.
• Train staff on new technologies and techniques.
• Lead projects from concept through to implementation.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling
• Thermodynamics

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Strong background in using CAD software for design projects.
