Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all aspects of hotel administration.

  • Utilize guest feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in hospitality management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality sector
