Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Provide accurate information about menu items and specials.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist in the setup for special events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and adjust service as needed.
• Work with management to improve service quality.
• Train new hosts and hostesses on company standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in hospitality management preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or related fields
