You will be tasked with providing patient-centric pharmaceutical care, conducting medication reviews, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch pharmacy services to the community.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes through medication management.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical legislation and standards.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for patients and clinic providers.
  • Aid in managing complex medication regimens for patients.
  • Participate in case discussions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacology is advantageous

  • 3+ years of relevant pharmacy experience
