Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues. A strong commitment to animal welfare and an excellent client relationship are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat animal illnesses and injuries.
  • Implement appropriate surgical and medical techniques.
  • Foster strong relationships with pet owners and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veterinary advancements.
  • Ensure proper anesthetic protocols during surgeries.
  • Conduct regular check-ups and wellness programs for pets.
  • Assist in managing the clinic's operational activities.
  • Promote animal health through community education.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Master's degree in Veterinary Science preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in veterinary medicine
